David Vincent
Co-Founder
David is an accomplished Consumer Electronics leader with over 25 years of industry experience, underpinned by a strong background in Product Management and Global Sourcing. He has held senior roles with UK market leader Beko (part of the Arçelik Group) and the globally recognised Hoover brand, managing key product categories across the retail sector.
David excels at bridging the gap between product innovation and commercial performance, bringing a deep understanding of global supply chains and sourcing strategies. He has extensive expertise in working with overseas manufacturing partners. His eye for detail, compliance, quality standards, and ethical sourcing across international markets is second to none.
Driven by a passion for excellence, David delivers a results-focused approach to growth and delivering profit to his partnerships. He is highly skilled at navigating complex global sourcing environments and identifying trends that drive sustainable business value, making him a pivotal asset within the Global consumer electronics market.
David has a proven experience of successfully opening new territories for new or established brands which already trade in other markets. He brings translatable insights into market-entry planning, route-to-market development and has experience with helping to localise product and proposition

Matthew Evans
Co-Founder
Co-founder and Managing Director of Residentia Group (Australia), Matt has been pivotal in reshaping the Australian home appliance industry since 2014, spearheading brands such as Solt, InAlto, Esatto & Omega. Matt founded Residentia as a start-up and has grown the business into one of Australia's largest wholesalers, with a thriving international footprint which includes operations in China/Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. Matt has also established distribution partnerships across New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
Matt's expertise spans strategic leadership, business growth and international expansion, with a proven track record & ability to develop brands, products, and high-performing teams. He is passionate about innovation, building strong partnerships, and delivering value to customers and key stakeholders.
Outside of work Matt enjoys travelling with his family, attending live sports events, and staying active with fitness activities. Matt is also an advocate for mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Adam Aldred-Lane
Co-Founder
Adam is a seasoned Consumer Electronics senior leader with extensive commercial experience across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Commercial disciplines. He has held senior roles at Global CE giants, including Samsung, Whirlpool, Hoover, TCL, KitchenAid, and Ricoh.
Driven by a passion for technology and retail innovation, Adam is an award-winning marketer, recognised especially for highly effective holistic marketing campaigns. He brings a uniquely results-driven philosophy to the market: he firmly believes that prioritising the lower purchase funnel is critical to success. His expertise ensures that innovation delivers measurable, bottom-line impact.
Adam has successfully launched multiple brands to market, developed new sales channels, and led brand relaunches that delivered significant market share growth. These results were achieved through a disciplined, end-to-end 360-degree approach, integrating strategy, commercial execution, marketing, and operational alignment.
